The Highlands neighborhood has a blog… and it’s awesome!
Hearts in the Highlands was developed by the Highlands Civic Association to promote all the amazing facets of this quintessential State College neighborhood.
Best known as the neighborhood closest to downtown and campus and home to many of our historical fraternity houses, the Highlands is bounded by Beaver Avenue, University Drive, Easterly/Westerly Parkways, and Atherton Street.
