Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Much like your love for State College, each purchase from our merch collection is “for keeps.” Because your items will be created on demand, just for you, we can’t accept returns. We recommend purchasing only the items you’re excited to love for the long haul.
Q: Help! My item(s) arrived in unusable condition. What should I do?
Ugh, we hate it when that happens! Please email detailed photos of your defective item to hello@rediscoverstatecollege.com so we can help make it right. (We’ll do our best to respond within 3-5 business days.)
Q: What does “print on demand” mean?
A: Print on demand means that your items won’t be made until you make a purchase. Creating products only when they’re ordered – instead of in bulk – helps reduce overproduction, which we think is totally awesome!
Q: How do your shirts fit?
A: Our shirts feature a slim, fitted style. If you prefer your shirts to be a bit roomier, we recommend sizing up.
Q: I’m ordering multiples of the same item. What can I expect?
A: Because of the nature of on demand printing, don’t be surprised if you notice slight inconsistencies between multiples of the same product.
Q: Who profits from my purchase?
A: All proceeds from your purchase are looped right back into the Rediscover State College project and help us do even more to promote our favorite Central PA borough.
