Happy Valley local Amy Palanjian is celebrating her new cookbook’s appearance on the New York Times Best Seller list!

Known to her nearly one million Instagram followers as @yummytoddlerfood, Amy delivers reassurance, encouragement, and kid-approved recipes for busy parents looking to simplify mealtimes. (We know plenty of child-free adults who are big fans of her pared down approach to cooking, too.) Her cookbook, Dinnertime SOS: 100 Sanity-Saving Meals Parents and Kids of All Ages Will Actually Want to Eat was published this summer and earned a coveted spot on not only the New Times’ list, but the Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller lists as well.

After browsing her endless stream of yummy recipes, we are now officially craving dino chicken nuggets and pumpkin bars. How ‘bout you?
